Nonsense.
I'm not sure it will be much lower. There is a decent chunk of people who buy a season ticket who have no intention of going to extra games as they just aren't that arsed by it.
However, hopefully without contradicting myself I do think the low number for Saturday is also telling about the current mood. The football has been pretty boring for a large chunk of the season. We needed to be entertained a bit this season after previous 2 or 3 years and, in the main, we haven't. Crap, turgid football, and a 5th place finish and saturdays crowd is going to be a result of that. It's a failure that rests with Ross.
Certainly something for the owners to consider over the next few weeks.
had enough of what? This season has been great compared to the previous five at least.. Just what do you expect? They should. And all luck to them. Personally, I’ve had enough.
Im boredIt seems to be bothering you more than anyone else. So much so that you've had to keep telling us that you're not going.![]()
It shouldn’t baffle you, I’m going but at my age the 200 mile round trip is a real bind for evening games, can understand why some find it difficult even considering the importance of the game
I knew that but couldn’t resist, sorry
I don't go to away games but fork out for two season cards. From watching our away games on SAFSEE, I think our away crowd are far superior to our home crowd.
I take solace in the knowledge that most of my SC money goes into the SAFC coffers as opposed to away ticket money, which after our expenses, the majority of the money goes to the opposition. Does that make me a better supporter than travelling fans? The obvious answer is no, we are all part of the SAFC family irrespective of how we demonstrate it.
Hat's off to all of our supporters/fans/followers who have had to put up with more than their fair share of rubbish over the past few seasons.
It's nonsense. They have never ever played at this level, they've never been in the playoffs since Keegan v1. They've been through nowt in comparison, they bounced straight back after keeping their overpaid arseholes on full pay. They did this twice. Its not nonsense, look at their crowds in the Championship despite a shite start. Ours went through the floor, theirs didnt. Tbf we are talking about getting around 50% of capacity, do you reckon they would? Seems to me that anybody arguing we have the best fans in the North East is now just spouting out of their arses, if the numbers end up being a shit as it seems they might that argument is well and truly over.
I might be wrong but im fairly certain you dont go to the games do you?Not at all, its a shit excuse and is the very definition as tin pot.....We take the piss out of the Smogs for being fairweather fans but feck me you are on another level.
I'm sure the mods will sort you a sticky just in case anyone missed it.Im bored![]()
Do you thinkI'm sure the mods will sort you a sticky just in case anyone missed it.
Of course it does.. The support of a crowd can make a massive difference..People can do what they want, and the sol rarely ever rocks anyway. Shit crowd doesn't help the opposition either. I'd also hope our players want to win for promotion. Not because of an extra 10k. I'd have to question them all if they didn't.
Don’t get a ticket for this game then don’t get a final ticket even if you are a season ticket holder? Although we have just shelved out for next seasons first payment so a bit harsh on season ticket holders.

‘But, if you’re able to go and choose not to, because you’re annoyed at the ticket price, or annoyed that we didn’t finish top two or whatever, then you’re a shit fan who isn’t really supporting the team. Those are your words, so I would suggest that it’s you who doesn’t have a good grasp of English.’
That’s how that your post would read if you had a good grasp of English.
Of course it does.. The support of a crowd can make a massive difference..
