Why the fuck? What about those like me who have been at loads of games, away included but god forbid, are on holiday for the semi’s. I am 10,000 miles away, back in Oz for my daughters 21st but will be back the day after the 2nd leg. Oh of course, I should have polished me crystal f***ing ball before I booked my hols, 6 months ago.

Aye, I think it would be harsh to make phase 2 just for people who went to this one. Plus logistically it wouldn't make much sense, we'll hardly have time for 3 phases as it is! I'd have thought phase 1 = season ticket holders, phase 2 = anyone with purchase history from this season (including Portsmouth semi) and anyone who has joined one of the membership things (international or UK). If there's any tickets left then they could do a phase 3 for people with purchase history before this season, but in reality the first 2 would hopefully get us near to selling out and would mean almost no one missing out

I hadn’t really considered this argument and reading the above, then yes I’d agree excluding someone like yourself would be harsh.

I can’t believe there are 5000-10000 people who can’t make it though. They are choosing not to go and many of these will want to be first in line if we get to the final.

You're a shit fan in my opinion.

I understand that some people can't make it or can't afford it but if you're able to go and choosing not to cause you're annoyed at the ticket price or annoyed we didn't finish top two or whatever then you're a shit fan who isn't really supporting the team.

Ok I will rephrase it. Wankers who only turn up for the big games but then claim to be skint/working for the other games. If we get to the final there will be 10's of thousands who all of a sudden aren't that skint anymore.
Not a big enough sample I'm afraid.
What perhaps you are missing is that out of the 30k plus crowds we get, only c21k will be regular attenders. I suspect there is a pool of around 50/60k supporters that will take in a few games a season. And many of these will attend away games. On occasion, the stars will align so that a great number of that pool will go to the same game. Eg boxing day. It is too simplistic to say we average 30k therefore the extra 20k are tihht or whatever you suggest.

20k was just a made up number to be fair. I was just hoping there would be more interest in this game as i know if we got to the final everyone would be wanting tickets.

Well, I can agree with that. I will head to the away game if other pre-organised commitments allow me. I will not be attending the home game.

A don't think anyone bothered about being called a shit fan mate. Imagine being bothered by that

Sunderland Til I Die eh?
I honestly think if we get to Wembley we won't sell out ?
Thoughts Andy ?

Anyone not supporting the lads for a one off game that could get us promotion is not a supporter at all in my opinion..
Wrong . Anyone choosing not to attend who are in a position to do so.
I would f***ing love to go on Saturday but can't afford it.
