Putting salt on salad

ALL salads should be dressed, and the dressing seasoned. My favourite:
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
Takes 2 minutes and works with pretty much any salad

drop the mustard to half a spoon and that sounds lush

Regularly have salt on toast - crunchy sea salt and while I never used to add salt to food add it to most things now including salads have even had it with toast and jam. Blood pressure was running very low prior to starting on docs advice so not bad in all circumstances.

Sat here nibbling on a bovril cube currently

This sounds like the beginning of Darth Mayder's "Adequate Food" cook book

The only thing I like out of those is the salt.

Fucks your blood pressure but chuff me it tastes good
It doesn't fuck your blood pressure. It's only dodgy for you if you already have high blood pressure.

What the actual fuck man. It's mostly water!

Balsamic vinegar I could get, but salt?
Get out.

Fuck me, that's giving me a heart attack just reading it, let alone what it's doing to you

Salt doesn't have an adverse effect on your heart.

Salt is very bad for you. I avoid it as much as I can. Try a good balsamic instead.
It's incredibly good for you.
