From what I remember at the time, he had an incomplete medical on transfer deadline day, and by that time he was your only option regardless of whether he passed. And, if he did have a full medical prior to signing, it can't have been that good seeing as he's yet to regain full match fitness...
 
Pitman is shite man. Runs like he’s towing a caravan.

Having said that, I have also been underwhelmed by Grigg so far but understand we’ve not played to his strengths either

No player would be insured without a medical. But sure you know more about our club than us
