Donald has just denied this on twitter and basically pointed out the sun make shite up about Sunderland as he refuses to do interviews with them.

Aye, I’m not being controversial

Made a good managerial appointment for sure, short solved it all by paying the debt

Anyone was gonna have a chance after that by just not being short or Bain

I’d like then to stick around

Not a massive gamble like, the debt getting wiped is the key to all of it, could have made a profit a week after he bought it remember
Agree to a point mate. What Mr Short did in wiping the debt has made the club a very attractive proposition. With good management and good investment we are a top 8-10 premier league club given our fan base, infastructure and sheer potential to be even bigger.

I agreed

Not suggesting Donald and co haven't done decent, I just think the major factor in all this is the debt going, it gave anyone a chance to do well as the will of the supporters was there too.

I think we needed Donald in between Short and any potential new owner too, as we may have made previous mistakes

In his tweets and replies.
Ah reet. I'm not on twitter so can't see those.

Not surprised like. The media don't care about facts these days. That article probably had 100,000 views before Donald poured cold water on it. It did its job. We paid their Easter bonus. Wankers.

I’m sure he is but I’m happy to value his word over the sun. He’s been pretty open about the fact he’d look at getting investors on board tbf.
I agree but don't believe everything you hear though. Donald wouldn't go broadcasting it anyway. As I said, the truth will be in the middle. I wouldn't be surprised if we get an new sponsor from Malaysia or hear of investment from there. I think there is something going on behind the scenes.

Thought we had some international investors waiting to come in from the start?
