Hope the fella makes a full recovery, not easy health wise following the lads, drove up 250 miles this morning to go to match with me 80 year old dad, when I got here found out he had been admitted to hospital with complications to his chemo.

Anyway got to see him after the match and when he came round the thing he wanted to know was the result, cheered him up no end

Glad we won for him marra! Thought your old man looked great at Wembley BTW. Wouldn't have guessed he wasn't well.

Hope everything works out.
Life is a fragile thing and should be treasured as much as the mind can handle.
Can be taken away so fast so enjoy what you’ve got and love life to the best of your ability.
Hope whoever it is ok but there’s always someone not far away or whatever in the same place.
It’s a tough life. Good luck all

Hope your dads okay xx

Really hope the fella concerned pulls through.
It really is heartwarming to know there’s people out there willing to help as well.

Fingers crossed for the lad.

Cheers mate, yes he was on good form at Wembley despite the result, he normally is, so was a kick in the nads for us, especially for my lad who came up as well, as he lost his grandma (other side) to the same evil thing 6 months ago.

Oh and my dad has lost even more hair so you are definitely ahead on that front;)

One of my best mates ran Council sports centres for a lot of years. He’s had three incidents where people have had heart attacks or were pulled out of swimming pools and he’s given CPR. One of them was a friend of his. Two sadly died and he later found out there was nothing he could have done. Thankfully he saved one. My point is these incidents have deeply affected him and caused him a lot of stress. The lady here has done something braver than she probably knows. I obviously don’t know her and how she’ll handle it but I hope she’ll be fine with it. Especially as the lad appears to be doing well. All credit to her and others who jump in to have a go.

Slightly of topic but theres 15 people work for me, I've put them all through the one day st johns ambulance course. Three have gone through the three day course.

Its massively important these days as the population gets older etc.

Massive kudos to the lass who helped out
Great to hear mate.

Good stuff

I really hope Donald or co get wind of this and maybe reward or thank her pitch side against pompey . At the end of the day she could of saved a fellow fans life something I couldn't of done as I dont know what to do
Over to you stu and methven give the lady some recognition at half time next week
Heros dont just belong on the pitch
