all premier league players are above average footballers..and within the subset of premier league he was neaeer the top in his positon than the bottom..

The fact that they employed him knowing what an utter prick he is suggests they’ll try and brush it under the carpet.

But yet you and your lot have ago at us about 6 in a row because Johnson was playing in those games but yet you seem to think it's ok to defend Barton and still admire him. What Johnson do was horrid and he deserved the time he got in prison. I never want to see him back at this club. Hopefully he is a reformed man.

As for Barton, he isn't a reformed man. That means he is as bad as Johnson because he has reoffend on several occasions. In any normal walk of life, after the 4/5 time of committing assault Barton won't get a job shovelling shite of the streets. But yet he has umpteen 'second chances' and has gone on not only to continue to play football but he has got a coaching job.
 
To be fair we need to see what went on here. It sounds like Barton is out of order as he's actually gone for it but you cant headbutt someone who's head isn't in your face and we don't know why they were in each others space as yet. Its a bit pathetic all round to be honest with two managers / leaders /adults / role models getting into that position when the game is actually over.

They were the same at the game at Fleetwood earlier in the season they clearly don’t like each other.

Exactly this.

Barton may be out of order here but I’d be amazed if he’s just went over and browed him because they lost a game.

There’ll have been something they has happened to make him do it, the question is wether he’s justified in reacting way he has.

Given it’s Barton probably not but time will tell.
