Still, why worry about an older resident having a bit of a rant? Just leave them to it, let them have their moment.
Focus on the trolls and witches. They try to do so much more damage. Luckily most of them are dumb.

The older residents who go on about a non existent sewage problem? Or an older resident who still feels it’s ok to sell seafood from where he claims there is a sewage problem? Or an older resident who upset a whole community that he thought he could buy up and not care about their feelings? Your choice.
