I’m waiting for them complaining about the new unit at Pier Point being built.

Plans look great. Great location for a fishing tackle shop or a gift shop/information point re the pier. Plenty cafes and fish restaurants nearby so no need for one of those.

I can’t see a fishing tackle shop being able to survive. Gift shop would struggle as well I think. A restaurant of another kind may be good.

He lost once, the Miller Homes thing got approved but what else? Siglion has not done anything at Seaburn yet.
Apologies for the restaurant question. I agree with you on that one. Tynemouth has many and it works well. Quality restaurants

The Waterfront cafe next door could be something superb as well.

Apparently it is going to be fish n chips and ran by the bloke who has the hut at Silksworth.
