There's loads of people who can't drive, because they have a disability, have epilepsy and fit just often enough not to be allowed to drive, have never bothered to learn. Something like a quarter of all adults don't drive.

They seem to manage. Maybe the fucker would just have to learn to get up earlier to get to work.

Just saying marra. I’d be fucked if I couldn’t drive. Again, I am thinking purely in macroeconomic terms here. I’m only bothered about his contribution to the wider economy as a productive individual following prison release.

That made me really angry when I first read it. Knocks down a ten year old kid and leaves her lying in the road, driving with no insurance and in a car without properly working breaks while disqualified because she's on a ban for...previously driving when disqualified. And gets an 18 month sentence, suspended for two years. Sorry you disgusting piece of shit, you had your chance at rehabilitation when you got your first ban, should be off to prison with you now.

Amazing what you can get away with if you do it with a car.
Agree. f***ing shocking

You missed the bit where she parked up and removed her number plates as well. Knew exactly what she was doing, the f***ing dog.

Sentence took into account the victim's recovery. So by that reasoning if the lass had lost a leg or something it would have been a harsher sentence. Fucked up doesn't start to describe it.

She shouldn't have been driving in the first place, that's what the sentence have been based on.

The schoolgirl should never have been put through that, it's a daft thing to take into account

This might sound callous and I've got no sympathy for the driver at all but if they waited for the green man then she'd probably still be alive.

Longer sentences for streaming premier league games.

Justice system is a sick joke.
Crimes against money are always judge more harshly than crimes against the person. That's because the rich make the rules and all they care about is money.

I agree and she walks away scott free, like I said the Law is an Ass.

Work! He probably wouldn't get up early if he was busting for a shite

The sentence seems light but I never get the driving ban aspect of these things.

Once you cross a certain line that should be it, you should never drive again.

Absolutely this. You proved you can't be trusted to operate something that can kill people. You don't get that chance again.

Nar he can still drive in jail

Don't tell @BigPete
He'll be fuming that they get something else at the taxpayers expense

I totally get where you’re coming from but The light was amber. You’re not supposed to go through a light that is changing to amber.
