Brothers, nephews and my dad all travelling down by car. I've found them a place to stop in Borehamwood. Looks like a 10 min walk to Borehamwood station, Thameslink train to West Hampstead, change their to the jubilee line and straight to Wembley park
Problem there is it's a Sunday morning. Shop won't open till 10am. You'd need to follow a pretty fast coach to make it for KO!
Aye we will, worst case there are a few decent sized car parks that are a reasonable price close byMake sure the hotel is ok with them leaving the car there. My mate’s doing the same thing and assumed there was car parking. There’s not

Ah man. I'm worried now about when he'll buy his pop and sweets.
To those who are driving down what are everyone's plans (when do you plan on leaving etc) and how do you intend to manage fuel consumption? The last bit I know may sound daft but it is important. I don't want to run out just short of Newport Pagnell.
I am driving down and so far my only plan is to (stupid and perhaps desperate I know) use a coach as a sort of pacemaker. If I keep track of it I know I will get to Wembley in time. I have no idea what time I should be leaving or how many fuel stops I need.
I’ll be putting petrol in then when the little fuel light comes on I’ll put some more in.
Cleaned that area up mate, all nice hotels and offices nowBlytheswood Square, oh yes!!
It's a lifesaver when driving up and down for matches for me.I still find it amazing I can actually do all that without the need for cable connection.

Hope I'm not being too cheeky, but mind to leave your phone hooked up with a standard charging cable to the USB port on the car, means it stays charged up.
You're going wherever I take you to.
Was thinking about Bushey but remembered you at other places beginning with 'B' @Botchie
Pear drops, good choice. Just the right amount of outer sugar, and a hard, boiled sweet that can last for miles and miles if not crunched. I would also recommend cola cubes, and sasparilla tablets.I find hard boiled sweets last longer and allow for maximum concentration on the road.
Maybe a quarter of pear drops?
All excellent choices. Perhaps a bag of each. That way, when he gets lost, he could survive for at least a week on that lot.Pear drops, good choice. However, i think SBC would go for Werthers Originals.
