Every time I mind them and stop over my three youngest grandbairns wake me (way too early ) and ask me to make pancakes for breakfast. I have to toss them of course. One has Nutella, the other two syrup. Bless them, I love them to bits.

Had some beautiful galettes last time I was in Rennes, with ham, egg and cheese. Veggie now but egg and cheese would still be lush, maybe some feta or gruyère instead of bog standard cheddar.

Pancake day is my favourite. I love a good toss. Will do some savoury ones then some sweet ones. Haven't decided on fillings yet.
