I'm experimenting. I'm gonna do bhuna prawn on pancake (as opposed to puri, obvs).

Then I'll have me regular rolled up with golden syrup for dessert.

I had something like that today. I was having brunch and chose the pancake dish:
Three waffles
Maple sauce ( bit thicker than syrup)
Fried bananas
Maple flavoured cream cheese
Popcorn

It was very tasty.

Not the same base for a savoury or a sweet, different flour, like both.Suzette Grand Marnier for me.

I ate everything bar the candy floss, marsh mellows and pop corn. the pancakes were pretty good to be fair.

I wish cafes / restaurants would call waffles waffles and not pancakes. They are both nice but completely different. It's akin to calling a beef burger steak. They are both beef but they are not the same thing.

I saw pancakes on the menu but was served waffles.
