That’s a pretty inaccurate statement, they were being chased by a police helicopter when they crashed while speeding on the wrong side of the road. The police had already ended the road chase for safety.

Imagine the Daily Mail and their biggest fan being economical with the truth...

Notice how it didnt say if the other passenger had anything to do with it. No reason or questions as to why he didnt stop? License? Insurance?
Not to mention cops abandoned the pursuit with it being high risk... the cops didnt make it high risk. The driver did. Its only abandoned if there is a complete disregard for public safety or their own from the driver.
