He bought the land from Newcastle United a couple of years back. This won't affect the asking price.

They're at the point whereby they'll lash out at absolutely anything related to Ashley.

Some of them don't know who actually owns SJP, or this piece of land, but come on here pontificating and claiming they know more than us.

If this fat kid Benitez just signed, turns out to be shit it'll be Ashley's fault .... nailed on.

The developments near St.James's and the old brewery site are minging to be fair, a stain on a bonny city, and at odds with the architecture else where. Build them cheap and fast, and cram a load of Chinese students into them is the motto.

I said a couple of weeks ago I actually started to feel a bit sorry for Mark Douglas the Chronicle blokey (not Lee Ryder, he’s a knacker). But at least Mark Douglas tries to engage with them, he gets nothing but shit. Was getting grief today because some random bloke door stepped Charnley and the Chronicle hadn’t because they are in Ashley’s pocket. As if the local journos from the Chronicle can change anything Ashley does.

One of the comments is cracking. Land belonged to nufc then sold to Ashley now he sells it how is that fair?? Funny as fuck it's fair because he owns it you mongo!!!!!
