Like I said, I want all north east teams to do well. I’m not your average supporter who is blinded by their loyalty and despises their local rival. Im from Jarrow, played for Jarrow and still play on a Saturday now in the wearside league. I’ve never been a season ticket holder as I’ve always played football. I go to games when I can, usually mid weekers but most of the time I’m either playing or training so can’t make it.

Tbh I prefer non league because top flight football is ruined by money. Of course I’m going to have a go at Sunderland when we’ve monumentally fucked up over the past few years. It makes me laugh when people like yourself post random things slating the mags and I just cringe thinking they’re 2 leagues above us. Just my opinion

Ah right.

So by your logic we can't have a pop at the Mags because we're two leagues below.

But a Jarrow supporter can attack Sunderland and that's different.

Glad you've made your position clear ...
... although it could be that you're a Mag but didn't dare tell your dad

The difference is Jarrow are non league and always will be. Recently promoted to the Northern League and doing very well.

Sunderland should be on the same level as the mags but the last few years have been nothing short of a disaster. Both clubs need each other because they have nothing else, the rivalry and the derbies are what we live for.

I'm not saying don't have a pop ... the horse punching, shop shouting and Ashley protests are all fair game, i'm talking purely about the football side of things and the results over the past few years.

I'll be at Wembley if we get there fyi, last time was class
