Hiding the cash again,it's good financial management as far as he's concerned, and yeah I was aware of the newcastle United limited situation, Newcastle holdings though is a different matter, and btw I got a O level in economics

Nearly reported

One thing they don't teach in O level economics is double entry book keeping. Newcastle's accounts are very easy to read if you've had the right training, which one of us has had, at least . There's no cash hidden - you simply paid out a lot more cash than you brought in, principally in a massive spending spree on players in 2015/16 - that ended well, I recall. For us, anyway. By the way, it's not Newcastle Holdings. it's St James Holdings. That's essentially a dormant company (sole director MAW Ashley, I will concede), which exists solely to hold the shares in Newcastle United and its subsidiaries.

He's not aware of half the terms you've posted man, you could be posting in Mandarin ...

... he'll be Googling himself into a frenzy trying to come up with an answer

I know, I know. I shouldn't really mock the afflicted. But it's so much fun :)

Benitzez still not willing to commit to staying. Again playing them like a fiddle so that when he stays he will have done them a huge favour .
If he leaves it will be Ashley’s fault

I did wonder where all this would leave him. If he’d not got his players in this window he could have got them safe and walked away at the end of the season saying that he can’t work for a Chairman that won’t support/fund him but that he loves the fans etc etc etc

Now if he goes it will be obvious he was just counting down the minutes until he could jump ship without paying the £6m. Mind, the Mags are so blinkered when it comes to him and he’s so good leading them on a merry dance that no doubt they still won’t see it.

I think Benitez would be happy to sign a longer term deal if the club stopped dicking about and matched his ambition. "Up for sale" every Christmas so any deals are done late, bugger all investment in the facilities and youth academy, and a general lack of investment in the playing squad given our apparent "Wealth".

How do you know the club are dicking about? Pardew, Mclaren etc, etc never moaned like the werld class one.

Because he's not invested in facilities or youth academy, he's put all business on hold while he tries to sell the club each christmas, then fucks off on holiday and doesn't sell the club. Leave it until the final two weeks of the window before getting the singings done. And so on.

Pardew and McClaren were lickspittles. I'd imagine it's hard to complain while you've got the fat man's cock in your mouth.

Day shift on early this morning, must be travelling for their away match..... erm I doubt it.

Imagine your life being that shite that the first thing you do on a Saturday morning as a sad mag is go on a Sunderland forum. Brilliant!

Firstly you want him to sell the club then moan because he tries to sell it.
Secondly why the fuck shouldn't he go on holiday.
Thirdly every team waits until late in the transfer window.
And lastly the old "Pardew and Mclaren are Ashleys Puppets"

If you're genuinely trying to sell your house, do you go on holiday during negotiations? Do you bollocks.
No they don't, that's not true.
They were, that a line is oft repeated doesn't make it untrue. Nor does it make it true. It's to be judged on its merits, not its frequency.

He'll be getting all his info from @bigchrisholt on Twitter (ex Mackem turncoat 92er mag) who coincidently was called out the other week by Keith Downey who invited him onto Sky Sports to discuss his 'figures' unfortunately his arse dropped and he declined....

If he is saying he is trying to sell, what benefit would he get from not selling and just taking the piss?

You said he has put all business on hold while trying to sell the club but now you think he is not trying to sell the club.

Stops protests, gives him an excuse not to invest early in the window (which means there's a greater chance he won't have to invest at all), and changes the mood around the club.

End of the day he'll only sell if he can get c£300m, keep the adverts up, keep the merchandising rights, get a bonus if we stay up etc. Anyone stupid enough to agree to all that would probably be too stupid to run a football club.

Transfer business. Sorry, thought that was obvious.

In your opinion of course.

Do you think he shouldn't get the going rate for a premier league club? If someone wanted to buy the club then Mike would sell. Do you honestly think Ashley will be on holiday saying 'no, I'm away, no work talk'? He's the kind of bloke who always at work, that's why he's a billionaire

Edit.... sorry the adverts that he has come out and said are only there because they didn't sell to other companies. If anyone wanted to pay for that advertising they would have that space
