All he said in the last one was that he was hopeful (and trying) to get 2 strikers in. It's a sad day if he has to start tempering his comments because some sad twats on here lose their shit every time something looks like not coming off imo.
 

It's not been announced - nothing official I can see anywhere. Doesn't matter if its 100k, 4 million or 40 million, if the deal wasn't completed in time.

The whole season was decided at the last minute with the signing of Grigg. We left it late and paid over the top, but we can't say Ross wasn't backed.
A midfielder who captained a top 5 Championship club last season, a striker that has an average of 21 goals/season for the last 3 seasons at this level plus one of his favourite players from his former club.
There's no excuse for finishing lower than top 2, let's be honest (IF the Grigg deal goes through).
