After all these negative threads and posts I’m still trying to understand what the owners could have done differently? Wigan were always going to drive a hard bargain as he was our number one target and we needed as striker as Maja didnt want to play here and hardly bust a gut even when he was scoring goals for us. Yes we could have tried to unsettle someone like Marquis earlier in the month so that he forced a move but Grigg was clearly first choice. We just had to pay a premium for him.
