Its still Maja dictating things though.jesus h christ, the agent says i can get you more money somewhere else Maja says oh yeah, where? agent tells him and Maja says OK let me consider cos i like it here, in the meantime agent pushes him and convinces him to move on...etc etc
Would rather he'd stayed but think we've done well to get £3.5mill considering he's only got 6 months left. Even better if as has been suggested there is a sell on clause in place. Would have had more respect for him/his agent if he's done what Eaves at Gillingham did in December. Basically said I won't be signing a new deal rather than all this dragging it out.I reckon so...
So then, apparently Maja is going to france for £3.5M. Does anyone have an opinion on this they'd like to share on a SAFC message board?
asoro maja and...Is that four of our top young prospects gone in the last 6 months? Gutted really liked Maja think he will turn out to be a very good player.
Big test for the recruitment team now, they knew this was a possibility so got to get us some good players in.
Just waiting for Mumba or Kimpioka to do the same then...Or...
19 year old, gets the chance to join a decent team in a top European league instead of battling for promotion in League One...presumably for more money.
Wish he wasn't going but doesn't seem a difficult decision.
Greenwood and Stephensonasoro maja and...

Only if the money buys good players!@The Rat has taken this badly mind!
Sadly Maja was always going to leave after he turned down SD's very generous offer (£10k a week iirc). Once a player's heads been turned they're generally f***ing useless.
This way we get money for a replacement... as Keano said "we move on".
If the money buys a few decent players this window we'll be okay.
Just waiting for Mumba or Kimpioka to do the same then...
We produce them, so other clubs can benefit

Not being funny here, but surely that indicates that he cares?@The Rat has taken this badly mind!

Been pretty hit and miss for me. Always likely to be that way bringing in so many, hopefully they have had a bit more time to plan this time.Yeah, there's that
Most of the players we've brought in have improved the squad... So far
I was glad about that as well.Aye that’s a positive.
It indicates he's annoying nearly everyone on this thread. There's a difference between shedding a few tears and making everyone else suffer. Not being funny here, but surely that indicates that he cares?
