Yeah I know if he goes abroad we'd lose him for nowt but I want to go up so was posing it as a football question first. Taking the business element out of it

Think it's a question worth asking to be honest to see if there's a precedent there

But, if he's said he won't play, we could have been left with no-one. At least a fee provides us with some clout in the market

Yeah I know mate but I do wonder how much of this comes down to the deadline ect. Since then it has created a situation that probably hasn't helped the club or the team.

I also remember in the summer SD saying pretty much every man and his dog would prefer to leave but then Ross talked them into staying. That's fine by me. I think with these things the situation probably lies somewhere in between whatever the 2 documented stories will be!

We already had clout in the market I believe so looking forward to see who we get but abit worried that it'll be McNulty & Grigg. Said afew times I'd like to see Grant from Charlton.
 
Who knows if it's a good or bad deal. Time alone, as always, will tell.

But I won't be the only one on here who has grown disenchanted , disgusted and weary of players who wear a red and white shirt but do it reluctantly.

He also said several players went straight to him and committed to the club mate.
What we didn't want is Maja going on strike and us not having the funds to bring someone decent in.

This lad was offered what his agent had asked for. He wants to leave, or if he didn't , his agent wants him to. That, it should be remembered is how agents make their money.
