Junior Birdman
Striker
Clearly Maja looked at someone's open letter on another thread and thought fuck that.

Or he's confident of his ability and backs himself? Just a thought.A lot of strikers have done well in this division and failed at a higher level, sounds like he thinks he’s better than he is, he’ll get found out.
People have short memories mate. Six months ago we had players not wanting to pull the shirt on. We must get away from that culture at all costs. This, the sooner he’s gone then when can get players in that want to play for our great club.
Grigg would replace Maja’s goals. I’d like to see us go for a player like you describe however that sort of player isn’t very common at this level.
Course it's a shite deal. We're losing our top scorer & our best outfield player in January. We have 1 senior striker & it's Wyke who's been injured all season.
Club can't afford to not go up if they sell him. We were told we will be stronger after January yet we are weakening our team and losing our best player. A player that could possibly make the step up & replacing him with potentially Will Grigg
Don't know why we're pretending it's a good deal. It's not.

I’ve said consistently I want him to stay, but if it’s true, as reported that he’s said he doesn’t want to play for us again, then I’m not sure what we do. Have him sitting out the games then lose him for buttons in the summer.Or, he's a very good player that will only get better? Or are you saying he's not going to make it becuse it looks like he's leaving because that's how it seems.
Or he thinks he’s billy big bollocks, scored a few goals in the lower leagues, look at what happened to Asoro.Or he's confident of his ability and backs himself? Just a thought.
Think that was more of a general comment st the start of his tenure.Including the current captain and VC according to Donald's summer podcasts. Seems to be a line he throws about with players not wanting to play for club
You have to question Maja's ambition. We're 90 minutes away from Wembley, I really thought he might want to stay and win a trophy.
We need 11 onionsPeople have short memories mate. Six months ago we had players not wanting to pull the shirt on. We must get away from that culture at all costs.
Lets be honest ...no one really expeacted him to do what he has this season. We take the money and move on

He doesn’t want to play for us, what do you want the owners to do ffs?On to a player who can grow with the club. We've signed a CB on loan, linked with Grigg & linked with McNulty. Where's the level of ambition there.
We are losing our best player & we have a side that barely create chances

I don't agree with that at all. Loads of Maja's goals have been set up by McGeady/Gooch playing through balls or James/Matthews getting crosses in. The Charlton goal (1st game of the season) is the only one I can think of where he's "created his own goal" - even then, he was played in by MatthewsMaja pretty much creates his own goals though, we barely create a chance.
