You're banging oin about giving him what he wants. The club have said they have offered him exactly what was requested.

You state that he will get a better contract elsewhere yet he's unproven outside of this level.

You say that even injured he will get a better contract. Based on this should we sign the injured Grigg?

Whats the problem with that? That is how life works, people don't turn down more money like, I don't anyway. Life's too short, make hay while you can.

Probably end up in Germany, think that would be a very good move for him, think he;d score goals over there.

Negotiations been going on for around 3 months now why hasn’t maja been offered what he wanted back then this might not have happened we’ve cracked right at the end but unfortunately the goal posts have been moved now due to other clubs offering more money

To keep maja I would make him would of the top earners or give him some serious add ons 250k if we get promoted then 15k a week in the championship

Which part don't you understand? The owners have offered him what he and his agent asked. What more could they do?

At the end of the day if he's not happy with being offered what he requested then so be it. You've been saying all along that they should offer waht it takes to keep him and in this league, for an unproven striker in the championship that's unrealistic to say the least.

All I said there is we will get offered more elsewhere, don't take such offence to innocuous comments man I wasn't even complaining.

I was responding to someone who said he should sign a £6k a week deal, if he is getting offered more elsewhere why would he?

I think they should have sorted this out in the summer or in September at least, they let it drag on too long before coming up with an offer, that is my opinion anyway, seems that makes me the devil or something though. By the time they agreed to his demands he had scored 15 goals and was a wanted man, thats human nature, people will get their head turned when they do well and interest comes in.

I mean @Nelson! just called me an utter cretin for suggesting if we will go elsewhere for more money, its a f***ing game of football mate, i think you need to take a look in the mirror. Nelson that is.
