Can't understand why he'd post cryptic shit on social media and not just sign a contract extension with a release clause. Double his wage if we get promoted and he scores 10 goals. Football mangement is easy!

I wonder if Maja suffered a serious injury playing out his contract for us would affect his pre-contract for a German club? Seems risky to be basically playing without a guaranteed contract for next season...I can’t see Maja playing all out for us till May. I would sell now...

This is football now though. Happens every season at different clubs and players still play. Why would it be different here? Will Ramsey still play for arsenal?

Ramsey is playing for a contract, Maja already has offers and maybe a pre-contract offer...why would he risk injury when he holds all the leverage. Two different scenarios with an aging player looking to keep working and a younger player with a number of clubs waiting on him.
 
What an absolute tosser if he fucks off to Germany at the end of the season meaning the club get pennies in compensation.
