Can't think of a streaming service that covers nearly every film the way Spotify does for music.
I'd be surprised if you can name 5 films on DVD that isn't easily available on line like.

My car has a CD player but no usb so cds still have a use in my life.

I wandered into HMV in newcastle yesterday, first time in a very long time and was amazed that they had shelves heaving with dvds & bluerays... ironically the vinyl department seemed to the busiest as if i'd been transported back to the mid-80s...

everything to do with online streaming of audio & video... netflix, spoty, apple music, amazon prime et al...
It’s just a big coincidence that this happened after the Brexit vote then? Same with all the other disappearing shops.

Bollocks

The Indiana Jones trilogy and the back to the future trilogy aren’t on Netflix or amazon

You not noticed loads of f***ing shops closing down lately?

It’s all to do with consumer confidence, you don’t go out and buy a load of CDs when you don’t know if you’ll be able to pay the mortgage in 3 months time.

Fool

No it’s not shops didn’t just start closing 2 years ago. Come on, who are you trying to kid?

Aye hmv have closed because of brexit, not because the vast majority of kids and adults stream music rather than heading to the local hmv to buy the latest music every week.
Give ya heed a shake, this record seems to be stuck

Do kids stream toys from toys r us?

Do people stream clothes from house of Fraser?

At least have the balls to admit that Brexit will have some negative consequences.

Never said they were. They are on the telly all the time tho.
Named 6 films there mate. Tucked

Enjoy streaming the shit amazon and Netflix decide to give you

Do parents look round for the cheapest price? Toys r us were always more expensive than most places and compared to online presences that don't have storefronts to pay for they were always going to be struggling.
Same with HoF, they've massive overheads before they even sell a jumper.

Most retailers that close stores have alluded to ‘difficult high street conditions’ and most have mentioned Brexit as a major factor.

I’m not just saying it to get a rise out of people, it’s the truth.

The lazy tight arses are out in force.
They’d stream their f***ing baccy if it was 2p cheaper.

Always found them fairly expensive, the likes of Amazon, Spotify are blowing them out of the water, even the supermarkets are cheaper than HMV.
That's because Amazon don't pay tax and treat their staff terribley, while Supermarkets can sell CDs at a loss.

Hmv have always provided a good choice, and an outlet for lesser known bands (which you won't find in supermarkets).

No it isn't. It's all about streaming.

We have three Amazon Echos in the house and use streaming when out in our cars.

We watch all our films through services like Netflix or Amazon Prime.

We're a pretty typical family and none of our choices in how we consume music and film have fuck all to to with Brexit.

Thank fuck, someone who understands!

It’s like talking to a brick wall on here mate!

Spot on.
I've heard a few people in the Bridges say they won't spend a tenner on a DVD until they know what kind of deal we will have post brexit.
