it scares me that the youth of today will have nee idea how to make a vat of broth to get you through the winter break. get a load of reduced veg, get it cooked, bit of meat. cheap and filling.

That bread looks very professional
The crust is perfect. The little un bought me a cloche last Christmas, it kinda replicates the steam that a pro oven has, gets the crust spot on.

Sounds nice. If our lass wasn't around to do our food, i'd probably do loads of slow cooked broth because even i could get it right after maybe just a few failures.
