I found it a bit dull. The whole concept about her DNA is tenuous at best and her bursting into tears at the merest opportunity is irritating. Her constant references to travelling on her own when she has a whole support team and everything done for her is also playing up for the cameras.
I realise that she is relatively new to TV presenting so don't expect her to be Simon Reeve when she's on her travels but I think the trick is to make it about the people and places you are visiting, not keep referring back to yourself.
I'm not sure the programme knows what it wants to be and she is a bit too bland to carry it off.
