I reckon we could give a decent accounts of ourselves, especially if it was at our place. Imagine if we won man :lol:. Wigan beat West Ham last season. They were comfortably the better team in similar circumstances.

The competition has chucked up loads of derby games over the years. Everton and Liverpool seem to have played each other loads. 60 odd years since the last game between us suggest that it's possible. I would say it's quite unbelievable that we've never played each other for so long.

Yeah, it's crazy. I guess a lot of those derbies happening more often is because some of those got further, like I'm sure there was a Merseyside semi final a few years ago, but it is crazy we've never played them in either cup for so long. We seem to play Carlisle loads for example.

That said, re the bit in bold, it's a bit like if it landed on black or tails 20 times, you'd expect it to be red and heads soon, but in reality, the next go would be still be 50/50 (or slightly less in the case of Roulette, factoring in the green).
