I’m still interested in The Don’s claim that the bloke interviewing him off Roker Report (who is it on here btw?) “would go”.

Maybe Don thought the interviewer looked like someone who was light on their feet, and therefore naturally would like the Spice Girls
 
Mind you, I was watching the U2 Croke Park gig over the weekend.

There's a really thoughtful and touching bit during "Where The Streets of No Name" where the Irish equivalent (I presume) of the Red Arrows flew over the stadium with the colours of the Irish flag trailing behind.
