Errrrrrrrr...........

Net spend.
Could you imagine if Barcelona played Spennymoor the week after Neymar left and Spennymoor had bought a player for some goat semen and an orange.

No és just tenir una despesa neta de menys de dos-cents milions. Sí, no enteneu.

or maybe:

No és just tenir una despesa neta de menys de dos-cents milions. No acaba d'entendre.

Nail on head, away fans aren't bothered about their own team when they come to Castle Greyskull, they come to see the Entertaynaz.
Understandable though marra. Not everyone has the chance to visit the special gates against the wall at the cathedral on the hill, watching famous number 9s. Truly is the football equivalent of seeing the northern lights, pyramids of Giza, Machu Piccu & great wall of China in one location at the same time

This, it’s amazing how many so called experts trot out the 52,000 screaming Geordie’s bollocks every week!

They must be the only club that count away fans as their own, fuckin idiots.
Thats obviously why they think they should join the ashley out cause

And if they are lucky get to take in the cultural delights of mock funerals, horse punching, shop shouting and telephone box vandalizing.

On the train this morning I was talking to a colleague (of the Black and white persuasion) about them attending all of our games and the way things are going with Ashley/Rafa etc. He kept saying “3rd division” as a response to most things ....

The random Irish bloke sitting next us pipes up “the fact that they’re two leagues below you and can still takes the piss out of you, says it all really”.

Now you mention all of that, a trip there represents extraordinary value.

And that's without getting to see the rare algae that festoons part of the place, the signs of concre cancer in the West and Millburn stands, and a look at what are thought to be statues.

They really love statues mind. The waiter keeps them up and he'll be getting one anarl. Although, as it will be a vast creation, marble or bronze is out of the question .

Can totally understand this tbf. I once volleyed a wallaby square in the face because of a tooth abscess. It was totally out of character though because I love animals. I even feed tadpoles in the pond over the road.

With Benitez or with somebody else, for me we are already gone. Looks like the McClaren season again, but with worse players and less investment. Everybody has failed in their jobs at that club this season.

Agree with most of this but due to other sides you are still well within a shout if manager/players pull their fingers out. You are quite fortunate there is so much shite around you and you aren’t adrift yet, although not being able to beat that shite will be what finishes you.

Solely the McClaren season? Rafa had time to turn it around and a decent set of games to do it... He failed in his remit that season.

I’ve loads of non Sunderland or Newcastle supporting mates. Each one to a man thinks that they are f***ing morons tbh. Even good mates of mine who are mags go on like utter loons when it comes to them lot.

I’m talking solicitors, teachers and a dentist.

I stilll remember watching this live on tv at the time and couldn’t believe what I was watching

Must have rewound it about 50 times to watch it.
