He's a borderline insufferable self important twat. I think you have to have that in you to be as good as he is. At the level all those F1 drivers are at the cars are separated by a very small but crucial amount. In the wet however, the very best drivers can stand out and make the rest of their peers look like amateurs. Hamilton has it, Schumacher had it, Senna was the f***ing master at it. The very best drivers in history were as good at car development as they were at driving. Engineers as well as grade A lunatic, win at all cost, cold hearted bastards. I don't know if Hamilton has that gift of development in him.

Would he shite..he's got the best car..all the drivers should drive identical cars..body..engine the lot..i mean what the hell is Force India..why do they bother..might as well be driving a Nissan Note...F1 is fkn shit.

It's funny how most World Champions tend to have the best car. Schumacher and Senna at one point took mediocre cars and made them the best. I don't think Hamilton has had to. On the flip side of that, the company making the best cars over the last decade or so has made sure that they've kept him as their No. 1 driver (since him nearly winning a World Championship while he was still basically potty training) and I think they're probably best placed to spot a great driver when they see one.

He’s very good at what he does, but it’s the car and team that win it for the driver.

It’s a “sport” for blokes who don’t like actually playing sports....

I know a lad who gets up in the middle of the night to watch the qualifying and stuff..cars driving round and round..he's dull as fk like.

His team mate drives the same car and is miles away from Hamilton.
True but you rarely get two equally good drivers in the same team. It almost always ends in tears and shredded carbon fibre.
The team principles tend to frown upon that sort of thing.

Isn't the Ferrari the fastest car this year?

He wouldn't want the Ferrari team who, from what I pick up from the commentators, have made more bad decisions than Mercedes.
