So putting your kitchen appliances away when you are not using them is a thing now? Might try it with the wife.
Great idea.
Shove her away in a cupboard when not using her.

Kitchenaid 2 slice thingy. No levers to press, just touch the button and the toaster takes the bread down. What type of toaster does everyone have then? Chrome duallit 4 slice one for me.
Thought ye would like. And what do you mean ours?
Empty it when you’re finished with it, then put it away ya mink.I leave mine out , too much crumbs flying about
A kettle is used more than a toaster thoughYou wouldn't put your kettle away so why would you out the bread browner away .
There was a debate about this on the radio recently, as TV’s Kirstie Allsopp is leading a campaign for people to get their washing machines out of their kitchens. Does she think germs are going to leap off the clothes into her baking like?
I don't know about drying your towel off in the kitchen, but to each his own, pal
True. I don’t use either much, but I don’t have the space to put them away even if I wanted to. The appliance cupboard is already full.A kettle is used more than a toaster though
We probably use the slow cooker more than the toaster in the winter but the slow cooker gets put away and the toaster stays out. Soup maker stays out too and only gets used 6 months of the year and a couple of times per month. There was a debate about this on the radio recently, as TV’s Kirstie Allsopp is leading a campaign for people to get their washing machines out of their kitchens. My kettles been on twice in the last hourOurs isn't, I'm not even sure if ours is still out on the counter.
Normal people do.Weird one this...
I’ve gone through life believing everyone just leaves their toaster out on the kitchen work surfaces at all times.
Over the last few days I’ve found out that two people put theirs away when they’re finished using it.
Are these people just freaks or does anyone else do this?
