I’ve gone through life believing everyone just leaves their toaster out on the kitchen work surfaces at all times.

Over the last few days I’ve found out that two people put theirs away when they’re finished using it.

Are these people just freaks or does anyone else do this?

I did this a couple of weeks ago, granted it's not my toaster, nor is it in UK. Got up in the middle of the first night in our turkish holiday apartment to find a team of cockcroaches trying to carry the said appliance out of the kitchen. The cleaners hadn't cleaned the crumbs out from the last people that were here. Cleaned it, bagged it, put it away. No more midnight visitors.
