I was doing some baking one Christmas Eve, baking a cake, chocolate yule log and Christmas biscuits. Because I thought I hadn’t left myself enough time, started to panic and rush.

Wasn’t too bad, managed to recover in time, one thing I did while baking the cake while it was in the oven I decided to clean, so was rushing around tidying the kitchen up, hadn’t realised I caught the oven temperature dial and turned it down, luckily enough it helped and cake came out absolutely perfect
