Got mine in the post this morning (ordered Wednesday). Cost £20 but the ticket says that the price is £25??? It's also marked 'restricted view'. Anyone tell me how 'restricted' the view is? T L Dallas Stand Lower Block Row J.

The seating is low down for a start... the pitch view is restricted by the frequent pillars holding up the section above; the roof is so low down, you might struggle to follow high balls; the terrace steps are shallow so whenever people stand up (which they do the improve the poor view) you'll struggle to see many area's of the pitch at all unless you're quite tall. If you're on the outer edges of the rows then you should forget about seeing the corner of the pitch on the opposite side, too.

Apart from that - it's mint. ;)

The only issue at the minute with policy of selling away tickets that match up with the age category of a persons season ticket is the fact some other clubs offer student tickets or even Under 25 tickets whereas we don't.

I called up for Coventry tickets last week and it took 5 minutes of explaining to the lass that although I have an adult season ticket at Sunderland, I'm also a student and Coventry offer a student ticket. She wasn't going to sell me one at first as 'Sunderland don't do student tickets'.

That’s odd, you must have got a thick assistant. The lass I spoke to gave me student tickets no bother and was very helpful (I can now buy student tickets online and don’t need to call up!)

I just paid for an adult online today so I didn't miss out. Just could not get through on the phone.

The lass just couldn't grasp that there were different concessions for the Coventry ones to our own tickets. I had to tell her to look at the official site for the details. Pleasant enough lass like but not a difficult concept to grasp

Haven't you been trying to get an extra membership number
You wouldnt believe it. I have 38 points ish. My mate had like 5. We didn't expect it to get this far... a lad I knew came up with a number and we got ours first phase. It dropped right down and a lad from work had 2 spare.. I said I would take one and try shift other from him.

It's gone from scrambling for a number to trying to shift tickets

I'm considering waiting until 5+ points for donny. Will reach 0 points surely?

I think it will. The aways are coming thick and fast, so people aren't going to be able to afford them all. It's half term up here that week though so a few might take kids.
