27k? Maybe

A good solid performance is needed or interest will fade rapidly. Recent performances have been nothing short of pitiful.

Me on the darlo bus as per, normally around 9 seats available if anyone needs a lift....

Me. Visiting my folks so going this week. Won't be adding to the figure though as using someone who can't make it's season card.

Massive attendance I reckon as Rochdale were ejaculating over the fact that their 2 coaches were full and they were putting an extra 2 on !

Me.
Feel Good Factor gone in the last 3 weeks.
Will soon be back to the hard core 18~20k, with official attendance shown as 24k.
:(:(

If we don't start winning soon crowds will average out at about 24500 I reckon. Our crowds fluctuate more than any other team I know. Norwich for example 24 to 26000 in league one , in Championship and in Premier. Sunderland anywhere between 20 odd thousand and 47000 and a few..

It’s anazing our crowds fluctuate towards that 47k mark given the absolute dross that has been served up over the last decade and particularly at home

Nice weather, new owners/team, shiny seats, last minute winner in the first game etc.

The gloss is off now and I reckon we'll manage a steady 25k from now on.

Three weeks ago they were talking about reopening the top tier on here..

Yes, I agree the gate will be slightly down on Saturday but I don’t think we have lost momentum support wise as much as is being made out. A lot of the returning fans this season came back because of the overall new, fresh direction of the club, the reconnection with the supporters and new ownership with new ideas. I don’t think people nessasarily returned because they thought we would win most games and piss the league and therefore will see past the last few results and focus on the bigger picture.
