England want to count themselves lucky India only have one genuinelyclass batsman or they could have arguably lost every test. India have thrown most of them away
 

i said at tea, we did well to lose one. This pitch has a lot in it for the bowlers.

are we witnessing the Indians bowl 90 overs before 630pm?

i hope the oxygen tents are awaiting as they must be totally exhausted today

No, I just choose to look at his whole England career and his career averages, not a run of five or six tests when he's bang in form.

Form varies. Root has looked short of test class in this series - but he's still England's best batsman by a country mile. You need to stop being so reactionary on all your calls.

Its amazing how you can be this shite yet still beat the number one test side in the world. They are basically looking for three top order batsmen for the winter. We have never replaced Strauss let alone Cook
