6Music is a great shout mind, but I find that it is so varied you can be listening to an absolute quality track at one point and then some pointless African tribal techno underground B-side the next minute.

I switch between 5 live, talksport (for my sins) and the iPod.

Radio X is decent for music but "the banter" is unbearable. Someone did a whole segment a few weeks back on talking to the ordinary person in the street because he couldn't get anyone famous on.... the crack was shocking and after the convo would end everyone in the studio fake laughed and then went we've had Denzel Washington on, We've had 'insert name here' on and now it's Trevor in Derby. There's a reason they're in the street mate.

If I had a DAB in the car things would be different, but as I don't I'm on with Radio 2 and XS Manchester. Occasionally I'll flick to Heart or what was Key103 if the first two are playing a crap song but usually it's the first 2.
I can get 5Live, but the signal is bobbins

The fake laughing kills me every time. I'd rather listen to something actually edgy and real as they claim to be. When someone cracks an awful joke call them out on it. That'd be much more genuine than everyone rolling on the floor thinking of that time moyesey called Liam gallagher Noel Gallagher by mistake.
