Can you imagine the hypocrisy?
Not allowed to say you want to boot out poor people - but - if somebody has money, yep, out. Now.
It isn’t about money, it’s about non-residents owning property.
Cos poor people have money to buy houses, don't they.
If you won the lottery you could buy New ZealandIt's ridiculous. So if I won the lottery I can't retire to new Zealand. Fuck them then.
I don't want to now but thanks for offering. If you won the lottery you could buy New Zealand
It's ridiculous. So if I won the lottery I can't retire to new Zealand. Fuck them then.

Not worth it. I'm after a property to own with private pool. I'll see what's on offer in Australia instead. You could live there in rented property but that's all.
So a poor person arrives in the UK - no residency and from a different country and probably wanting to the UK to give them somewhere to live - it's wrong of me to suggest that they shouldn't be allowed in.
A rich person arrives in the UK with the intent of buying a house - no residency and from a different country but wants to buy their own house - it's right of me to suggest that they shouldn't be allowed in?
I fail to see how one scenario protects the UK housing stock over the other?
Then buy when residency goes throughYou could live there in rented property but that's all.
Allowed in?
We’re not talking entry to the country mate we’re talking ability to buy a house here.
