Personally I’d prefer him to stay until he’s got rid of the last of the half decent players bought by previous managers and replaced them them all with his own buys, which up till now have been poor replacements.

Hired then relegated yous and outperformed by big Sam on process.
Given a massive budget to get back up.
Given a reasonable amount last season as a newly promoted club.

I think you’s need to relax your expectations. Another season like last is just about the best a club like Newcastle can hope for.

More or less agree with that but with the way other teams are strengthening compared to us it’s a tall order. That’s where the frustration (from myself anyway) comes from.
