Cracking article sums it all up perfectly

Bol**x .What about the gross overspending in the championship which left the club straddled with a load of championship plodders on long contracts. All under the watchful eye of the Spanish genius

Over spending? £80m in sales, £50m spend, promotion achieved which meant the clun got back on the premier league t.v. income.
No overspending.

Overheard two mags who 've lumped their mortgage on a top 5 finish and will "be on the phern to wor sullissitas" if Ashley doesn't start spending soon

the best made up mag at/said yet this :lol:

Has said the target is to stay up.
Undoubtedly it will be, and it will be extremely difficult to stay up. The reckless manner that Ashley runs the club means we will get relegated again, no doubt at all. We have a good manager, but this is our last season with him. I hope he keeps us up, but the standard of the premiership is now ridiculously high, and we look vulnerable.
