I was chatting to a mag about Pickford coming from Sunderland. "Aye, but it's the bit that's got a Newcastle postcode"

Yep 5 years a knob about right2013
English please!the safc fans desperation to be relevent is real
when two X players are doing well for england and your ripping your cocks off as if the were still playing in front of the 27.000 pink seat possie
it's nice mackems can have a lad from sunderland and one from washington who supports them to be proud off...but pretending toon fans who's england x players,x managers and nufc supporting players shit all over safc's in the world cup billy big bollox contest give a shit is 3rd division bantz!
forget about the nufc obsession. and enjoy the world cup...."its comming home"
iv had the same crack every game from lad at work and the father in law. We're in the semi final of the world cup im pretty sure were not missing Jono f***ing shelvey
I don't give a Monkeys chuff where they are from, England should not be about club rivalry.
Pickford has been fantastic, and seemed to get better after the unwarranted stick he got after the Belgium game.
Henderson's been brilliant, sets a good base for the midfield and his work rate and passing have been spot on.
For the record I don't think Shelvey should be in ahead of Henderson, but I do think he should have been an option to bring off the bench, Delph and Dier are too similar to Henderson but without his range of passing, that's where Shelvey would have come in for me, as and when Henderson wasn't fit......
Absolute bullshitAnother gem from Michael Martin on Twitter.![]()
Shelvey doesn't have the stamina, work rate or discipline to represent England
ThisHe would have been sent off against Colombia - nailed on.
That just about sums him up tbf.
He certainly doesn't put in a shift or track back effectively and all too often stands watching the game go by.
Hacking 40 yard balls, over the top, might occasionally work for Newcastle but that isn't the game Southgate has worked on for England.
Shelvey just doesn't have enough variation in his game.
Well haway man, it's obvious.Another gem from Michael Martin on Twitter.![]()
You will never see a Mag in Moscow...
