We infiltrated their message boards and held a poetry competition. Because we're rock hard.

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
Newcastle 1,
Sunderland 2.
I remember that. All started at 9am on the Monday after that match. Quite astonishing the sheer volume of poetry the Sunderland side put up by about 9.30 compared to the one or two Newcastle could muster. It was almost as if it was set up privately about a week or so in advance ....

REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE, MAN

Seeing off board invasions and questions was fun. One fan once asked on a message board what we knew about defender Patrick Collins we had at the time, as they may be signing him. It didn’t end well.

I liked the definitely legit copy of a bill hoisted up in '99 supposedly showing Paul Scholes had stayed at the Roker Hotel or somewhere around Sunderland. Sent some people into hysteria.
was Gold that.

Tommy J in the USA
Works party dilemma
Lisa Brash on price drop tv.

Three things that should be forever remembered on here.
Works Party Dilemma, the greatest thread ever.

It would take a freedom of information request and tribunal to get me to divulge the details of a day spent off work and a detailed, timed, schedule of posting pre-prepared poetry using a variety of user names and nom-de-boards. So I'll not say anything

Except my favourite was the Jerry Springer message board invasion.
