There will be huge demand for a farewell tour. Imagine life without Maiden![]()
Maiden would probably carry on doing albums and touring until they die of old age.

My priority will come in handy as there no way Steve Harris will allow them NOT to play at West Ham! Some of their gold discs are/were up on th wall of the supporters club at the old stadiumMaiden would probably carry on doing albums and touring until they die of old age.
I know when we had boxing and stuff at the Boleyn we'd just charge a flat fee (50k-100k I think) and then the promoter did everything elseI still don't understand how we lost money on these concerts.

hopefully you'll get a deal like we have where season ticket holders get priority on tickets (we get them a day before any other sales)
we have that, so far this summer at London Stadium I have seen Rolling Stones and Liam Gallagher, my mates mrs is going to Beyonce and Jay-Z and then I have Foo Fighters next week
Stratford is a nightmare even worse for our matches as the majority of our fans are heading back to East London and Essex - it's being rebuilt to cope, there must be 15 platforms of trains, plus the underground and the DLR yet they are all accessed by that one fairly small tunnel so get jammed straight awayI have to say, i went to the same gig as you and i am also going to the Foos.
I thought the whole thing was awful, from the queue getting in, the ridiculous wait for a tube at one of londons most well connected interchange
As for a music venue, truely awful, horrific venue, the worst i have been to. Would have been better to play on land outside like they did for Hard Rock Calling.
It was a shame because the stones and gallagher were excellent.
where do you travel too, I may be able to hel out with a better route!I have to say, i went to the same gig as you and i am also going to the Foos.

luckily for me I use Stratford international back to Kent, which also means I don't need to use either of the two bridges that get the stop/start queue things
all the bars etc were in a weird different format too and the prices were massvely hiked up from football matches

The last show will defo be your stadium I thinkMy priority will come in handy as there no way Steve Harris will allow them NOT to play at West Ham! Some of their gold discs are/were up on th wall of the supporters club at the old stadium
plenty at Stratford High Street and Hackney WickKentish Town
And, there is nothing around there in terms of drinking. Great for shopping mind you.

I use the bar in the Premier Inn by Stratford International. Right next to Tap East Ale place, usually half empty due to being on the first floor and not visible from outside
did you get back using the high speed train to St Pancras?
If so when come out the stadium instead of going over the massive bridge that the aquatics centre is on, go to the North, is a slightly longer walk but usually works out quicker
I think I paid 11 quid for a red wine and a water! Is it true the grog is £6.20 a bottle?

usually at matches beer is 3.50 for the first 45 mins then goes to 4.50 45 mins before kick off
a lot of the pop up bars were missing too, so I assume it was another company doing the catering
7 sorry10 figure?
A billion quid?
Any chance of smuggling some in?

they do make you remove the tops, but this is easy to avoid, just take the top off yourself before search point, put in pocket and put back on after
or get a non-metallic hip flask!
There's no way they're getting back together, Noel genuinely hates Liam for everything he said about his wife and the One Love concert. Plus they're both doing well solo and Noel always does things in 3 year cycles so his next tour will be around 2021.
