It would make sense if they could extend the DD deadline, maybe take the first payment upfront then take the next two payments Sep & Dec to fall in line with everyone else.

If I'm right, You can't do DD on line. You could have downloaded the DD form and posted it, but would have needed to have done that today (so that it was with them tomorrow). I may not be right as it says above you can e-mail the DD form.

Why havnt the club got the functionality to do paperless DD over the phone?
 
Bought our two season tickets today. Had them for 20 years and didn't renew because i didn't want to give Short the money. Happy to get them now to support my team and the new owners, howay the lads!!!!

I was the manager for a company in a DD department that was moving to paperless DD. It cost millions, and the clean up exercise was huge (they did have 5 million customers mind)

Get where you're coming from with those numbers, but for a couple of thousand at most it's no big deal.
