It would make sense if they could extend the DD deadline, maybe take the first payment upfront then take the next two payments Sep & Dec to fall in line with everyone else.

Easily sidestepped by paying first installment by card, then next two by either DD or agreed future, timed card transactions.I’d guess it’s to do with the DD timing as well.
Last day for DD is tomorrow.
If I'm right, You can't do DD on line. You could have downloaded the DD form and posted it, but would have needed to have done that today (so that it was with them tomorrow). I may not be right as it says above you can e-mail the DD form.
unless you e-mail, you need to go in person by 16:00 tomorrow.
Probably due to the shambles the previous regime left behind. Why havnt the club got the functionality to do paperless DD over the phone?

When I called them this afternoon they said I could scan the DD form, email it to them then complete the purchase over the phone. Why havnt the club got the functionality to do paperless DD over the phone?
Get where you're coming from with those numbers, but for a couple of thousand at most it's no big deal. Not if they havnt got it
I was the manager for a company in a DD department that was moving to paperless DD. It cost millions, and the clean up exercise was huge (they did have 5 million customers mind)

I know, it didn't work for me because I don't have a scanner, it's their low-tech work around.Thats not the same thing, paperless DD is just over the telephone with no image required from the buyer
