In a low scoring game, where most bowlers were economical - Dixon went at 9.1 an over.

Without him, Notts were 167-8.

I've been critical of Lewis for some time now and will continue to do so. He has little faith in some of his own players and not for the first time this season is hampering their development. Walk round that ground, speak to folk, very few have a good word to say about Lewis (and Walker). 44-1

Yeah i'm not disagreeing with you. In the past when you were relentlessly slating Stoneman and to some extent Collingwood I could never really understand it because they were very good performers for Durham. With regards to the coach I wouldn't know but from an outsider looking in there seems to be some strange decision making going on.
 
Could be a struggle here with 6 wickets now down, Smith out and required rate nearly 9 per over

Dixon’s last over looking more and more costly
