For too long our poor PR has allowed the Mags and some of the NE journos to get away with writing shit that can reflect badly on us as a club.
I for one am as happy as a pig in poo that we seem to have someone who is seemingly prepared to fight back. And, judging by some of the mag reactions on here, it’s working already. Toys being chucked right left and centre

this. With Mr Methven heading this up its going to be a very interesting time. The way he made the guy at the Chronicle look daft this week bodes well.

Go on then, give me some examples of this. No matter how many times I read that you are sounding like a victim with a barrow load of resentment weighing you down.

So we have a bloke running our club that is an expert in p.r. he does an interview with a fanzine over a couple of beers at the same time as they make a push for season ticket sales.
Couple of things I don't understand after reading bits of this thread;
Why the fuck would a Newcastle fan read the interview?
Did they not have a hunch it might be aimed at getting Sunderland fans onside?

Funny fuckers.

So a journalist, who is not an employee of NUFC, picks up some shit from twatter and reports it as fact, has to issue an apology, and that's your excuse for your joint owner acting unprofessionally.

I said ‘some NE journalists’ in my post, so yes it is an example.
And it’s your opinion he acted unprofessionally. Not mine
