Most rattled and seething I've seen the gravy boats for a long time, better than the 6 in a row, especially when their cockney's are pleading poverty....genius by Ashley to insert a 6m escape clause for the werld class bus driver, he'll just keep 'em bumping along collecting the SKY money
 

I love it when the Mags claim they aren't bothered about our 6 in a row, they normally get irrationally angry over something silly shortly after its mentioned too :lol:

Not settling themselves up with the right people will lead to failure. This will take time I know but it’s a must imo.
Surrounding themselves with people who can do a job well and they can trust is essential and needs to happen

Despise Oxford with a passion however coming from Oxfordshire know many Pox fans and consider a fair few decent as I have grown up with many.
Donald is passionate about football and since the early days of A Plan insurance has no doubt built up some considerable wealth. Always would prefer to have club owners who are interested in the game rather than just businessmen with little interest. You have had a fair few years of decline so why wouldn’t you want to believe, I would.

So many mags so many different user names jake 51 perhaps, the strawberry, waters edge (although didn't he claim his account got hacked) the bloke who claimed he was chucking his season ticket in to watch sea ham red star turned out he was a mag and a director at another non league club, In my John humble. Tinkerman ? Radio free Europe ? Gegard? Toonsi they come and they go :lol:

One week in and they have started the clear out. Appointed a manager who will look after team affairs and players. Appointed an M D , Sunderland fan from Spurs steeped in football. When taking over a business you assess what you have, much of that will have been done during Due Dilligence, identify your targets, again some will,have been done during the D D process. The new owners are the right people, they look to me like they have a structure plan in place, at this stage it needs to have flexibility as you do not always get the people you target. The new MD will also have his views to put into the mix. This is all pretty standard when acquiring a business, especially when it is clear to everyone, me and you included, how much has to change at our club.
 
Pretty good that article. If they can achieve even 50% of what they are trying to do, even just in terms of changing the culture, we'd be happy regardless of how well we're doing.

The bit about 'a club' should be compulsory reading for everyone. Football is a business, but it's gone so far towards that, even fans have started to think of it like that (guilty).
