I like the sound of Ross's football philosophy, no room in his teams for slow players that can't pass, he's going to need a few new, fast defenders, to allow his team to play the way he likes, once he gets it sorted it should be good football to watch.

I'm quite excited by this appointment. For me this is exactly the sort of profile manager I was hoping we would get (and what I hoped for last Summer). We're starting from scratch, building from the foundations up - and a young, up and coming manager who can buy into the new vision is exactly what the job requires.
